Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking an Associate Anesthesia Technician to support the Operating Room team under direct supervision.

Qualifications

• BLS by American Heart Association required at hire.
• 1 year clinical experience in hospital or equivalent for external candidates.
• Internal candidates must have equivalent competencies of an Operating Room Assistant II.

Responsibilities

• Assist Anesthesia staff by processing instruments and restocking supplies.
• Handle anesthesia equipment, maintain a clean and hazard-free OR environment.
• Support RN and Anesthesia staff during and after procedures as directed.
