The role emphasizes patient interaction, compliance with HIPAA, and teamwork in a clinical setting. Candidates should have at least a year of customer/patient experience and a high school diploma or GED, with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States; background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients while delivering medical support.
• Operate examination/testing equipment and follow scripting for testing.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Maintain and clean examination equipment including devices.
• Support general office duties and collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
