Qualifications

• Experience in retail/optical is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn optical terminology and procedures.
• Strong customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality patient care and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Explain preliminary examinations and perform pre-screening/testing.
• Review prescriptions and patient information; coordinate with doctor/retail staff.
• Maintain and ensure proper operation of pre-test and doctor's equipment.
