Job summary

Eyetastic Services in West Haven, CT is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in our optometric practice. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support a welcoming atmosphere.

No experience required; sales experience in medical settings is a plus. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with a half-day on Wednesday; Simple IRA, paid holidays, and PTO after the first year.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; open to candidates with a medical receptionist or med spa background who have sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail in patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle front desk operations, including answering phones and managing appointments
• Assist with annual supply sales of contact lenses and other products at checkout
• Support a smooth and welcoming environment for all visitors
