Job summary

LensCrafters in Joplin is seeking a Store Manager to partner with the Optometrist Doctor (OD) to deliver high-quality eye care and a seamless customer experience. You will drive KPIs, lead staff, and ensure flawless execution of the patient journey from initial contact through follow-up and promotions.

The role requires leadership, sales and service skills, with a focus on team development and effective communication in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Patient service; strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership; coaching skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associate behaviors are in place to consistently exceed Unit metrics.
• Attract new patients to the practice.
• Lead through the OD labor model and optimize patient flow.
• Greet patients with a positive attitude and provide clear explanations of tests and services.
• Ensure timely appointment reminders and accurate patient data in TAB/POS.
• Coach and train new doctor office staff and monitor quality of assessments.
