Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation in partnership with the MOD & store team to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver high-quality optometric care and patient service.
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members using company programs.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
