Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care within our Eyecare team. You will deliver high-quality optometric services, collaborate with store leadership, and support medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op care as needed.

You will maintain licensure, stay current with optical technology, and guide staff to deliver exceptional patient service while achieving KPIs in a busy retail eyecare environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and license to practice in the U.S.
• Residency-trained optometrist preferred for advanced care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology is required.
