LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Indiana to lead patient care, support medical practice, and collaborate with store leadership. The role emphasizes KPI-based performance, clinical excellence, and strong team partnership to deliver exceptional eyecare experiences.

You will perform comprehensive eye care, maintain licensure, and champion patient service while guiding referrals, post-op support, and medical protocols across the market.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence and winning results with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results with KPI management and accountability.
• Establish LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Operate as a stakeholder to leaders within the organization and local market.

• Explain eye exam steps and summarize findings for patients.
• Address visual lifestyle needs including medical and surgical recommendations.
• Maintain doctor-patient relationships and standards of care.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Maintain State Licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
