LensCrafters in Ohio seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care, partner with store leadership, and deliver the brand promise through exceptional patient service.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose, manage ocular health, and support pre/post-operative care when applicable, while staying current with optometry theory and technology in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with valid license and strong patient-care focus.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communicator and attentive listener.
• Problem-solving ability and solid organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical protocols and deliver high-quality optometric care.
• Partner with MOD, SMM and store team to drive growth and results.
• Maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Provide staff training and constructive feedback.
• Partner with patients to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.
