You will ensure top-quality eye care, maintain state licensure, and leverage technology to support patient outcomes and satisfaction within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Licensed to practice optometry and in good standing.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and organization.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality Optometric care adhering to protocols.
• Lead patient service and develop strong doctor/patient relationships.
• Maintain licensure and stay current with CE requirements.
• Collaborate with MOD and store team to achieve KPIs.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences.
