LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist in Ohio, focused on delivering high-quality optometric care and supporting medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-operative care when applicable.

The role emphasizes leadership within the team, patient-first service, and collaboration with MOD and store leadership to achieve KPI targets while maintaining state licensure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology
• Strong communicator & listener
• Problem solving ability
• Solid Organization skills

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team
• Demonstrates strong competency in KPI management and high accountability
• Ensures LensCrafters is recognized as a medical eyecare provider within the community
• Operates as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market
• Places the patient/customer first and delivers excellent service

• Conveys commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service through the service steps: eyewear recommendations, explain eye exam steps, use tools to summarize vision and health, emphasize annual exams and TAB appointments
• Addresses all patient visual lifestyle needs including medical and surgical recommendations
• Conducts services in line with protocol and standards of care; establishes Doctor/Patient Relationships
• Establishes a positive Doctor/patient relationship
• Utilizes technology to deliver patient experiences
