Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a full-time Optometrist (OD) to join our team in a premier vision care setting. You will practice general and medical optometry with a patient-centered approach, supported by the latest vision care technology and a stable patient base. Travel within MyEyeDr.

regions may be required as needed. Requirements include Doctor of Optometry from an accredited institution, an active license in good standing, NPI, and TPA license. Prior clinical optometry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution is required.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the practicing state.
• NPI required and active; TPA license required.

Responsibilities
