Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a full-time Optometrist (OD) to join our team in a traditional office environment, delivering comprehensive eye care and vision testing with a patient-centered approach.

This role offers competitive salary, a robust benefits package, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for optical certifications. Licensure and NPI are required; prior retail/medical office optometry experience is a plus. Some regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the practicing state.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) required.
• TPA License required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting a plus; all are welcome to apply.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information, utilize equipment, and move about the office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' vision and eye health and document findings.
• Consult with patients regarding current status and future eye care needs.
• Collaborate with the office team to provide compassionate, personalized care.
• Deliver general and medical optometry services with a focus on quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a positive patient experience.
