Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the practicing state.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• TPA License required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered eye care and educate patients about treatment options.
• Coordinate with office team to ensure high-quality patient experience.
• Maintain thorough documentation in patient records.
