Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the practicing state required.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) is required.
• TPA License required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ vision and health care needs.
• Document findings in patient records and discuss current and future care requirements.
• Collaborate with the office team to deliver compassionate, personalized patient experiences.
• Provide general and medical optometry services in a traditional office environment.
