LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Colorado to lead clinical care and drive excellent patient experience. You will perform eye exams, diagnose and treat vision conditions, and collaborate with the MOD and store team to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability and solid organization.
• Knowledge of medical optometry, billing and coding.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices in optometry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic with KPI management and accountability.
• Provide high quality optometric care following protocols.
• Maintain Doctor/Patient relationships and ensure proper patient communication.
• Train and guide team members using company programs.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and advocate for patient needs.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive growth and patient satisfaction.
