Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and patient experience within a busy practice. You will deliver top-tier optometric care, manage KPI targets, and collaborate with store leadership to drive growth and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry with current licensure, and residency training is a plus. Strong communication and commitment to quality care are essential for success in this position in our Denver-area market.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with current licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead with KPI management and ensure strong results in partnership with MOD & store team.
• Deliver high quality optometric care through adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM & local market teams to grow the practice.
• Build doctor/patient relationships and ensure appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient understanding of vision and eye health.
