Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Aurora, CO to lead clinical care and drive growth through collaboration with the MOD and local team. You’ll ensure high quality eye care, manage patient relationships, and support medical practice and post-op care as needed.

Requirements include Doctor of Optometry, strong communication, and commitment to patient care. Residency training and knowledge of optometry procedures are preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with a commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, billing and coding.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices pertaining to Optometry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Optometric care per protocols while collaborating with store leadership.
• Lead KPI management and drive patient satisfaction in the market.
• Provide medical, referral, and pre/post-op support as applicable.
• Train and guide team members and maintain ongoing education.
• Maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Foster a positive doctor-patient relationship and excellent service.
