LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and drive the brand promise within a busy store environment. You will deliver high-quality optometric care, work with the MOD and store team to achieve key results, and uphold standards of service and patient experience.

As a licensed Doctor of Optometry, you will leverage technology and collaborate with leaders to grow the practice while ensuring ongoing licensure and professional development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Manages KPIs with high accountability.
• Maintains Brand leadership as a leading optical provider in the community.
• Acts as a successful stakeholder to leaders within the organization and local market.
• Places the patient first and delivers excellent service.
• Delivers clear, motivating feedback to associates.
• Keeps office systems maintained and compliant.
• Maintains State Licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
