Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and uphold the brand promise in their local market. You will deliver high-quality optometric services, apply clinical protocols, and partner with the MOD, SMM and store team to drive patient outcomes.

A Doctor of Optometry is required along with a commitment to quality patient care and knowledge of medical optometry, billing and coding, and current theory and technology. Residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care via clinical protocols.
• Lead KPI management and drive results with the store team.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op care.
• Build strong Doctor/Patient relationships.
