Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice. You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrists and provide high-quality eye care to patients in a modern setting.

You will collaborate with the store team to enhance the patient experience, educate patients on eyewear options, and maintain accurate medical records while staying compliant with licensure and CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the practicing state (good standing).
• OD degree (Doctor of Optometry) required.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education per state requirements.
• Not on LEIE and eligible to work in the U.S. healthcare system.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards of care.
• Collaborate with the store team to grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear, contacts, and eye health solutions tailored to each patient.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards.
