Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice near a Warby Parker store. You will work under the supervision of the practice's optometrists to provide high-quality eye care and build strong patient relationships.

You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients, help grow the eye exam business, and maintain detailed medical records in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state you practice, in good standing.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care and teamwork.
• Willingness to grow a modern exam business and adopt new tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and grow the eye exam business.
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep licensure current.
• Use EMR tools to streamline patient care and documentation.
