Acuity Eyecare Group is seeking an optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams and build lasting patient relationships. You will educate patients on eyecare and guide treatment choices while collaborating with staff to optimize lens options and eyewear.

The role involves diagnosing refractive and ocular conditions, prescribing glasses, contacts, and medications, and providing pre/postoperative care when needed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Eye exams.
• Establish long term patient relationships through proper patient care and education.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Diagnose sight problems and eye diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care after eye surgery.
• Counsel patients on eye health and lens options.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to staff for optimal lens selections.
