Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to join our team in Buffalo, NY. You will provide patient-centered eye care, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and recommend treatment options while delivering a premier service experience.

As part of EssilorLuxottica, you’ll work with advanced eye care technology, maintain licensure, and collaborate with staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and thoughtful patient guidance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Exceed results through KPI management and accountability.
• Establish Doctor/Patient relationships with accurate diagnoses.
• Provide eyewear recommendations and patient education.
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Train and mentor team members on company programs.
