LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient eye-care within our store team. You will perform clinical examinations, provide diagnosis and treatment plans, and collaborate with store managers to deliver the brand promise and exceptional service.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry, commitment to quality patient care, knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology, and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality optometric care in collaboration with store leadership and MOD/team.
• Aim to exceed KPI targets while providing exceptional patient service.
• Serve as a brand ambassador of LensCrafters inside and outside the organization.
• Utilize available technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Maintain office systems and state licensure; provide training to team members.
