About the Practice:

In 2011, our doctors noticed that the field of optometry was changing. Local, family-run businesses who prioritized patients were steadily being replaced by Big Box companies who put profits first. The field of optometry needed an ethical innovator, so we started building a practice next to a retailer.. Soon, patients realized that we practiced optometry different. For starters, we invested in the most advanced technologies to provide patients with a comprehensive look at their vision and ocular health. But more importantly, we took the time to know our patients personally and educate them on their vision health. Now, we are partnering with retailers to expand this practice model across the country, and we are recruiting the next generation of passionate optometrists who believe in our mission of person-first eye care!

What You’ll Need:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
• Valid VA state license to practice optometry (or pending)
• Ethical and empathetic performers in the eye care field

Exposure: Doctors at our practice are able to practice to the full extent of their degree, offering full-scope medical care as well as routine care and fittings to a general patient population--and no sales! They provide pre and post-operative care with Lasik as well.

Location: Our ODs have the support of our fantastic team. Our doctors use paper charts and our office staff scans it into an EMR. We have all of the equipment that our Optometrists need to practice to provide full scope medical care:

• wide-field fundus photography
  
• OCT
• anterior segment imaging
• TOPCON Maestro 2
• electronic health record system.

Schedule: We know the importance of being able to offer thorough care to each patient to ensure their system health is handled, so we schedule patients every 30 minutes!
