Optometrist - Full-time/Part-time - Full-Scope Private Practice - Culpeper, VA

Graduating class of 2022, recent grads, and experienced optometrists are encouraged to apply!

Since the start of our practice in 2006, our goal has been simple–provide all patients with the best eye care experience, every day. We’re looking for a fantastic full-time or part-time doctor who is comfortable with eye disease and willing to bill and code medically to join our growing practice to achieve that goal!

What You’ll Need:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
• Valid VA state license to practice optometry (or pending)
• Professional look and attitude
• Friendliness with patients during all interactions

Exposure: At our full-scope practice you can expect to use your degree to the fullest extent. While we do handle refractions and glasses, our demographic is older, so you can expect a significant amount of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and post-cataract surgery. Our head doctor will be there to assist the new doctor. You will always have the support of our fantastic team, including a technician who does the prescreening, autorefraction, and patient history, our office manager, front desk, and optical staff.

Growth & Partnership:Are you looking to grow your career? Ideally, we are looking for someone who would be interested in becoming a partner and buying into the practice! For those who are not interested, coming on as an Employed Associate is great!

Schedule:We value work-life balance -no weekends! Full Time or Part Time of 3 days. Our doctors work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and potentially one evening and every other Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. We believe strongly in providing our best care to patients and dilating everyone unless they request not to be, so we only see 2 patients an hour and never more than 3.
