Optometrist - Full-time - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Falls Church, VA

We are a full-service multi-location private practice with locations in VA known for our uncompromising quality in eyecare and eyewear–! We have a growing patient base and enjoy seeing a wide range of patients from families to senior citizens. We are looking for a Full-Time Optometrist to join our family!

What You’ll Need:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)

• Valid VA state license to practice optometry (or pending)

• Our ideal candidate is comfortable and confident in maintaining when interacting with the other ODS and patients, has a desire and passion to learn, is always first and foremost a team player.

• We want a real go-getter someone who wants to learn and grow and build and who is interested in staying long-term!

Exposure: As a doctor in our practice, you will have the opportunity to practice full-scope medical care, including glaucoma, dry eyes, scleral lenses, and myopia management–we concentrate on specialties and have a heavy medical and primary care base.

Environment: Our new OD will always have a robust team supporting them every day. They will be working alongside other ODs, technicians who do the workup of the patient, and a great front desk staff. Likewise, you will have everything you need to be successful with our state-of-the-art technology, including:

• OCT

• visual field

• Tonometer

• binocular screening

• Humphreys

• Topographer

• EHR

Schedule:This is a fantastic full-time opportunity where you’ll be able to float between our locations and ensure that you’re seeing a wide variety of patients! We are also open to staying at one location we are flexible! Our doctors work Saturdays so that we can provide care to our patients when it’s convenient for them, but not every Saturday. We only schedule 2 patients an hour, giving our doctors anywhere between 30-40 minutes per patient so they can provide specialized care.
