Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and vision tests.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through care and education.
• Interview patients to assess health, ocular history, and visual needs.
• Advise on remediation options for ametropias and diseases; coordinate with staff as needed.
• Promote eye health and explain lens technologies to patients; collaborate with opticians.
