Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.).
• State professional license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TPA certification / Legend Drug Certificate.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general optometry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders.
• Examine, diagnose, and manage diseases of the eye and related structures.
• Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
• Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment requiring daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Optometrist, to work Part Time (3 days per week) covering work sites across greater Lima, OH and the surrounding areas.

Updated Compensation:

• Opportunity to earn $800+ per day via production with a $625 daily minimum.
• $6k Sign On Bonus available at 3 days per week. Prorated for fewer days.
