Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Naples, FL. The OD will examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system, delivering high-quality eye care and patient relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the store team and leadership to drive brand performance, maintain quality systems, and achieve KPI targets while providing exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in Florida.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
