Qualifications

• Optometrist with California license required at hire.
• Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) certification preferred or required.
• Experience in comprehensive eye exams and managing ocular health.

Responsabilités

• Conducts and documents patient history including chief complaint and ocular health.
• Performs testing and documents findings using ophthalmic equipment (retinoscopy, refraction, slit lamp, ophthalmoscopy, etc.).
• Interprets clinical data, makes diagnoses, and plans treatment and referrals as needed.
• Communicates with optical staff, ophthalmology, and other providers to ensure timely service.
• Maintains licensing requirements (CE, CPR, safety training).
• At times may complete school forms, DMV, FAA and other documents as needed.

Graduate of an accredited school of Optometry

Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) certification
