Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Lima, OH is seeking a motivated optometrist, from new grads to experienced clinicians, to join a well-established practice.

The role offers a 4-day work week option, 30 hours/week to receive benefits, and a flexible schedule with Mon-Fri 9-6 and Sat 9-3. See 2-3 patients per hour with full support from opticians and technicians; updated EMR, retinal cameras, and OCT. A New Grad OD Program and mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• New grad or experienced optometrist to join an established practice.
• OD degree from an accredited optometry school required.
• Licensure or eligibility to practice in Ohio (OD).

Responsibilities

• Provide mostly primary care optometry.
• See 2–3 patients per hour.
• Work with a full support team including opticians and technicians.

We are seeking a motivated new grad or experienced Optometrist to join an established practice in Lima, Ohio.

DETAILS

• Full-Time


• 4 Day work week available

Hours

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM


• Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM : shorter days

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Competitive hourly rate, plus 1% of annual sales and commission on retinal imaging scans (Average earnings of $150-160k/year)
