Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Mentor, OH is seeking a motivated optometrist, new grad or experienced, to join an established practice. The position offers a full-time schedule with a 4-day work week option and a 30-hour per week benefits window.

The compensation includes an hourly rate plus 1% of annual sales and commissions on retinal imaging scans, with average earnings of $150k–$160k per year. A sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an Accredited Optometry School.
• Must have completed NBEO exams.
• Licensure to practice Optometry in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Primarily primary care scope of practice.
• See 2-3 patients per hour.
• Work with a full support team including opticians and technicians.

We are seeking a motivated new grad or experienced Optometrist to join an established practice in Mentor, Ohio

DETAILS

• Full-Time
• 4 Day work week available
• Work 30 hours/ week to receive benefits
• Mostly Primary Care scope of practice
• See 2-3 patients per hour

Hours

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
• Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM : shorter days
• Saturdays can be flexible
• Sundays (closed)
