Job summary
Eye To Eye Careers in Lima, OH seeks a motivated Optometrist for a sublease role at an established practice. You will provide primary care eye services, with full support from billing, marketing, opticians and technicians.
This full-time position includes a consulting stipend and benefits ( Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k ), plus three weeks vacation and personal/sick time. Part-time option available.
Qualifications
- OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
- Licensed Optometrist (OD) in good standing.
- Completed all sections of the NBEO exam.
Responsibilities
- Provide optometry services as the primary care provider for the subleased location.
- Collaborate with a full support team including billing, marketing, opticians and technicians.

We are looking for a motivated Optometrist that will be our sublease holder for an established practice in Lima, Ohio!
- Sublease - 1 location
- Mostly Primary Care
- 2-3 patients per hour
- Full support team provided including billing Manager, Marketing support, Opticians & Technicians
- Updated technology: EMR, Retinal cameras
- Full Time
- 4 or 5 days a week
- Monday - Friday: 9 am - 6 pm with 1 late night a week
- 2 Saturdays a month: 9 am to 1 pm or 9 am to 3 pm options

*All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.*
