Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Lima, OH is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join an established practice. The position offers a $120k base salary with an end-of-year bonus and a strong earning potential as most ODs make around $150k annually.

You will handle primary care, dry eye, and pre/post-operative care with 20-25 patients per day, supported by a technician and scribe. The schedule runs Monday to Friday with 4 days/week available and light call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• OD must be licensed to practice in the United States.
• OD degree from an Accredited Optometry School; must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.

Responsibilities

• Operate with up-to-date technology.

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our established practice in Lima, OH!

About the position:

• Up-to-date technology
• 4 days/week available
• Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM
• Tuesday until 7:00PM
• Very light call 6 weeks/year split between all ODs and MD’s

Pay and Benefits:

• $120k base + end of year bonus (bonus is 3x base minus any DHS)
• Most OD’s are making around $150k/year
