360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will perform eye exams with portable equipment, diagnose ocular diseases, and prescribe glasses while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• Doctor of Optometry Degree.
• Active state Optometrist license in good standing.
• Licensed Optometrist in good standing, encouraged to apply for all career stages.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results

Qualifications

Requirements:

-Doctor of Optometry Degree

-Active State License
