360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to serve geriatric and underserved communities in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities across Kentucky. You will travel to sites, perform eye examinations with portable equipment, and guide clinical decisions while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and administration.

Seeking a compassionate Optometrist with a heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities.

The Optometric services we provide to the residents of the facilities we serve support our mission of improving quality of life!

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability.
