360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to provide eye care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will travel to sites with mobile equipment to perform exams, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and fit eyeglasses.

The role offers a flexible schedule as a 1099 Independent Contractor, with no evenings or weekends. We supply equipment and support to help you focus on patient care and clinical decisions, while 360care handles logistics and billing.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree required.
• Active state license to practice Optometry.
• Licensed Optometrist in good standing encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités
