360care is looking for a compassionate Optometrist dedicated to serving Geriatric and Underserved Communities. This role offers a flexible schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, allowing you to focus on providing quality patient care.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll have access to logistics and administrative support, along with a trained vision technician to assist during eye exams. Join us in improving the quality of life for our residents!

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree required.
• Must have an active state license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct eye exams with mobile optometric equipment.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Educate patients and families on vision protocols.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses
• Recommend follow up care and treatments
• Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions
