Job summary

360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the Baltimore area. You will perform eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe eyeglasses using portable equipment.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with flexible scheduling and no evenings or weekends. Join a team focused on quality patient care, coordination, and support from a Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• OD degree and active state license required.
• Licensed Optometrist in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform eye exams using mobile Optometric equipment at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and prescribe glasses.
• Deliver high quality patient care with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities.
