Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Aurora, CO is seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnose and treat vision-related symptoms, and guide staff in patient treatment.

Pay range: $150K-$175K/yr. Benefits include signing bonus, relocation assistance, paid vacation/holidays, CE stipend, and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• State optometry license in good standing.
• Strong interest in working with children.
• Ability to acquire Medicaid Provider number and NPI number.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality eye care and respond promptly to patient and team needs.
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and perform necessary procedures.
• Provide comprehensive vision treatment plans to achieve optimal vision health.

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Aurora, CO, is currently seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnosing and treating vision-related symptoms, as well as instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment.

Pay range: $150K-$175K/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examining patients, diagnosing diseases, and effectively treating and performing all necessary procedures
• Providing comprehensive professional vision treatment plans to help them achieve optimal vision health, using accepted clinical and diagnostic techniques
• Building a community within the practice that fosters teammate satisfaction and retention by developing strategies to achieve organizational goals, being available to staff, accepting feedback from others, developing subordinates’ skills, and encouraging growth
• Arranging for referral to vision specialists when appropriate
• Preparing a doctor case file including medical history, informing patients on general eye care and health at regular time intervals, and staying informed on the latest vision treatment techniques
