Kids for the Future in Westfield, IN is seeking an Optometric Technician who travels between Westfield and Geist. No eye care experience is required, as training and support are provided to help you succeed in this fast-paced, patient-centered role.

You will perform pre-tests, document health information, and prep patients for exams while coordinating with doctors to maintain smooth clinic flow. This position offers growth through certifications and requires a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-week paid training before your start date.
• Prior medical, clinical, or pharmacy experience is helpful, but not required—we hire for attitude, teach for skill.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-tests and diagnostic procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collect and document patient medical histories and current health information.
• Communicate effectively with doctors and help manage clinic flow.
• Maintain clean, functional equipment for a seamless patient experience.

• Ability to travel to support other locations only if needed.
