POSITION SUMMARY: The Technician fulfills an important role in providing data that is critical to the doctor in order to provide proper care and treatment to each patient. This individual is responsible for various administrative and clinical functions, including obtaining patient histories, performing preliminary and ancillary testing, scheduling patients, preparing the exam room, and assisting the doctors with any exam needs. They ensure the practice’s quality standards are met, while completing specific, essential responsibilities that pertain to the patient’s experience and effective communication.
