EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optometric Technician to assist in delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. The role involves supporting ophthalmic testing and preparing patients for exams conducted by Optometrists.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork across clinical staff, with responsibilities spanning equipment operation, testing, and routine office duties. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients or equivalent
• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment and follow scripting for tests
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies
• Perform general office duties and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Support scheduling and travel between locations as needed
