The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in customer interactions (or related ophthalmic experience), and the ability to verify insurances while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent education/experience.
• Previous medical office or ophthalmic experience preferred.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow.
• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
