Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a medical office or patient-facing role, and familiarity with basic exam equipment. This role requires open availability for varying shifts within office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: previous medical office/ophthalmic experience.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person requests.
