This role involves supporting efficient patient flow, assisting optometrists by conducting pre-screenings and tests, and helping provide excellent care. No optical experience or certification is required; training is provided!

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality patient care
• Maintaining a professional environment
• Understanding ocular terminology and diseases
• Explaining preliminary examinations to patients
• Completing paperwork and testing patients prior to examinations
• Promoting visual field and retinal screenings
• Performing exam pre-screenings
• Reviewing prescriptions and patient information carefully
• Maintaining equipment properly

Ideal candidates:

• Previous retail/optical experience preferred but not required
