Cockrell Eyecare Center in Stillwater, OK is seeking an Optometric Technician I to support doctors, conduct pre-screening tests, and help deliver high-quality eye care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (optometric or medical experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Support optometrists by performing pre-screening tests and assisting with exams
• Collect patient medical histories and explain vision benefits clearly and confidently
• Train patients on contact lens use and care
• Verify insurance, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing smoothly
• Help coordinate patient flow and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver exceptional care
