Job summary

Panorama Eyecare in Windsor, CO is seeking an Optometric Technician to join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent patient care. You will support patient intake, assist Optometrists with fittings, and help manage clinic flow.

Prior experience in a fast-paced medical office and with electronic health records is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a friendly, reliable presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical office and with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and intake patients following standardized protocol and use electronic health records.
• Assist Optometrists and patients with contact lens fittings.
• Counsel patients and provide education as needed.
• Monitor and manage patient eye/vision issues during and after visits as directed by the Optometrist.
• Assist with scheduling, triage, and maintaining clinic flow.
• Support retail aspects of the office for eyecare products and eyewear.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas and close exam lanes at end of day.
• Collaborate with Windsor Eye Care team and other departments as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor and communication at all times.
• Resolve patient complaints and maintain positive relationships with staff.
